I try to check the 'support' email inbox at least 1x per week. You can always DM us on instagram and we will reply promptly.

We really try to use paper-based packaging materials as much as we can, though you will find some plastic used to keep your items safe and dry. We also pay some sort of charge on Shopify to make every shipment carbon neutral.

I honestly have no idea what our Returns & Exchanges policy says. If you have an issue with your order, just contact us, and we will make it right.
